A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia deflagrou, nesta segunda-feira (23), a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Elas por Elas, com o objetivo de cumprir mandados de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria e de busca e apreens\u00e3o no munic\u00edpio. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apura a pr\u00e1tica dos crimes de tortura, peculato, estelionato e lavagem de capitais.<\/p>\n

Ind\u00edcios apontam para uma pessoa ligada a uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o voltada \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o de mulheres v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, que aparece em um v\u00eddeo praticando agress\u00f5es f\u00edsicas e psicol\u00f3gicas contra acolhidas da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo uma adolescente de 17 anos. Tamb\u00e9m foram identificados ind\u00edcios de irregularidades financeiras, incluindo poss\u00edvel desvio de recursos p\u00fablicos e movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es consideradas suspeitas, al\u00e9m da instala\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e2meras de monitoramento em ambientes privados da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, o que configura viola\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 intimidade das acolhidas.<\/p>\n

A Justi\u00e7a autorizou o afastamento cautelar da diretoria da entidade investigada, a nomea\u00e7\u00e3o de interventor judicial para administra\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria da institui\u00e7\u00e3o e o acesso a informa\u00e7\u00f5es da entidade. A decis\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m prev\u00ea o encaminhamento das poss\u00edveis v\u00edtimas \u00e0 rede de prote\u00e7\u00e3o social, com acompanhamento especializado.<\/p>\n

As dilig\u00eancias s\u00e3o conduzidas pela Delegacia Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Deam\/Jequi\u00e9), com o apoio da 9\u00aa Coordenadoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (Coorpin\/Jequi\u00e9), da Deam de Vit\u00f3ria da Conquista, da Delegacia de T\u00f3xicos e Entorpecentes (DTE), do Departamento de Pol\u00edcia T\u00e9cnica (DPT), das Delegacias Territoriais de Jequi\u00e9, Jaguaquara e Ipia\u00fa, al\u00e9m da Diretoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (Dirpin\/Sudoeste).<\/p>\n
