A Pol\u00edcia Federal deflagrou, nesta quarta-feira (15), opera\u00e7\u00e3o com o objetivo de investigar a extra\u00e7\u00e3o irregular de mineral (quartzo) na regi\u00e3o Oeste da Bahia. <\/p>\n

Foram cumpridos quatro mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, sendo tr\u00eas na cidade de Brotas de Maca\u00fabas, na Bahia, e um em Inimutaba, em Minas Gerais. Os mandados foram expedidos pela Justi\u00e7a Federal de Bom Jesus da Lapa (BA), em decorr\u00eancia de ind\u00edcios da pr\u00e1tica de crime contra o patrim\u00f4nio mineral, cuja compet\u00eancia \u00e9 da Uni\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Durante o cumprimento das ordens judiciais, foram apreendidos documentos, equipamentos e outros elementos que ser\u00e3o submetidos \u00e0 an\u00e1lise pericial, com vistas ao aprofundamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e \u00e0 identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os envolvidos.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es prosseguem com o objetivo de esclarecer completamente os fatos e responsabilizar os autores.<\/p>\n
