Uma mulher de 24 anos teve o mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva cumprido, nesta quinta-feira (16), no munic\u00edpio de Ilh\u00e9us, pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel. O alvo da ordem judicial \u00e9 investigada por praticar abusos sexuais contra a pr\u00f3pria enteada, uma crian\u00e7a de 10 anos.<\/p>\n

O crime foi registrado em novembro de 2025. Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o do inqu\u00e9rito policial e o indiciamento da suspeita, a Delegacia Especializada de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Deam\/Ilh\u00e9us) representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva, que foi expedida, hoje, pela 2\u00aa Vara Criminal da Comarca local.<\/p>\n

Equipes da unidade especializada j\u00e1 monitoravam a investigada e efetuaram a pris\u00e3o no decorrer das dilig\u00eancias. Ap\u00f3s o cumprimento da ordem judicial, a mulher foi conduzida \u00e0 delegacia para a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas legais e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

A custodiada passou por exames de les\u00f5es corporais e foi encaminhada \u00e0 carceragem da 7\u00aa Coordenadoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (Coorpin\/Ilh\u00e9us), onde permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a. A v\u00edtima recebeu atendimento m\u00e9dico e seguir\u00e1 acompanhada pela rede de assist\u00eancia psicossocial do munic\u00edpio, conforme as diretrizes do Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente (ECA).<\/p>\n
