A Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Recursos Naturais (Semmam) est\u00e1 em novo endere\u00e7o. O \u00f3rg\u00e3o passou a realizar os atendimentos em sede localizada na Avenida Maria Quit\u00e9ria, n\u00ba 51, bairro Bras\u00edlia.<\/p>\n

A mudan\u00e7a visa otimizar a gest\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas ambientais e o atendimento ao cidad\u00e3o. A Semmam \u00e9 a unidade respons\u00e1vel por atuar diretamente na preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos naturais e do bem-estar urbano.<\/p>\n

Entre as principais atribui\u00e7\u00f5es do \u00f3rg\u00e3o est\u00e1 a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de infra\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais, conforme estabelecido na Lei Complementar n\u00ba 120, de 20 de dezembro de 2018. A secretaria tamb\u00e9m coordena a\u00e7\u00f5es de licenciamento e programas voltados \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental no munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n
