Um jovem, de 23 anos, foi morto a golpe de faca, ap\u00f3s uma discuss\u00e3o com a companheira, de 17, na madrugada de quarta-feira (22) em\u00a0Macarani<\/strong>, no M\u00e9dio Sudoeste da Bahia. A v\u00edtima foi identificada como Gustavo Silva Oliveira.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Segundo o BN, a suspeita foi apreendida ap\u00f3s o ato. Ela est\u00e1 no quarto m\u00eas de gesta\u00e7\u00e3o. Em depoimento, a jovem alegou ter agido ap\u00f3s ser v\u00edtima de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica<\/a> motivada por crises de ci\u00fames do parceiro. A adolescente deve passar por audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia para saber se permanece apreendida ou se responder\u00e1 ao caso em liberdade.<\/p>\n

A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o policial busca agora confirmar o hist\u00f3rico de agress\u00f5es para determinar se a a\u00e7\u00e3o configurou leg\u00edtima defesa ou se houve excesso. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre vel\u00f3rio e sepultamento do jovem.<\/p>\n
