Diversos p\u00e1ssaros mantidos em condi\u00e7\u00f5es inadequadas foram apreendidos pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia no munic\u00edpio de Santa B\u00e1rbara. A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada por equipes da Delegacia Territoria<\/a>l local, com apoio do Gatti\/Depin, ap\u00f3s a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de ind\u00edcios de maus-tratos e cria\u00e7\u00e3o irregular.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a pol\u00edcia, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o foi flagrada durante rondas de rotina, quando os agentes perceberam a presen\u00e7a dos animais em ambiente incompat\u00edvel com as normas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental. No local, foram constatadas condi\u00e7\u00f5es consideradas irregulares para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o das aves.<\/p>\n

Os animais foram recolhidos e encaminhados para os procedimentos cab\u00edveis. J\u00e1 o suspeito, foi conduzido \u00e0 delegacia, onde foram adotadas as medidas legais previstas.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o refor\u00e7a o compromisso da institui\u00e7\u00e3o com o combate aos crimes ambientais, visando a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da fauna silvestre, o cumprimento da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da ordem p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n
