Um comerciante, de 39 anos, investigado pelo homic\u00eddio de Vin\u00edcius Oliveira Lemos, teve o mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva cumprido nesta sexta-feira (24), no centro de Itacar\u00e9. De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a v\u00edtima, que trabalhava como barman em um estabelecimento comercial da cidade, foi vista pela \u00faltima vez na noite de 5 de mar\u00e7o de 2026, ainda no local de trabalho.<\/p>\n

As dilig\u00eancias reuniram elementos que indicam que o investigado, propriet\u00e1rio do estabelecimento, teria agredido a v\u00edtima ap\u00f3s o encerramento do expediente, havendo ind\u00edcios de posterior oculta\u00e7\u00e3o do cad\u00e1ver.<\/p>\n

Durante a apura\u00e7\u00e3o, foram identificados vest\u00edgios de sangue no local dos fatos e em um ve\u00edculo utilizado pelo suspeito, al\u00e9m de registros de movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es consideradas suspeitas durante a madrugada seguinte ao desaparecimento. Ap\u00f3s o ocorrido, o investigado deixou o munic\u00edpio, permanecendo em local incerto at\u00e9 o cumprimento da ordem judicial.<\/p>\n

O mandado foi cumprido por equipes da Delegacia Territorial de Itacar\u00e9. O inqu\u00e9rito policial foi conclu\u00eddo e encaminhado ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio, com o indiciamento do investigado e a representa\u00e7\u00e3o pela pris\u00e3o preventiva, posteriormente deferida. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es seguem em andamento, com o objetivo de esclarecer completamente o caso, localizar o corpo da v\u00edtima e apurar eventual participa\u00e7\u00e3o de outras pessoas no crime.<\/p>\n
