Na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (28), o vereador Silvio Dias utilizou a tribuna livre da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/a> de Feira de Santana para criticar a atua\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa ADM, funda\u00e7\u00e3o terceirizada vinculada \u00e0 prefeitura.<\/p>\n

Em entrevista ao Acorda Cidade, o vereador afirmou que, ao longo de 25 anos, Feira de Santana optou por n\u00e3o realizar concursos p\u00fablicos e por contratar servidores por meio de empresas terceirizadas.<\/p>\n

\u201cA Funda\u00e7\u00e3o ADM \u00e9 uma dessas. Al\u00e9m disso, ela tem hist\u00f3rico de maltrato ao servidor p\u00fablico. Infelizmente, n\u00e3o paga adequadamente, desrespeita os direitos trabalhistas das pessoas e atrasa sal\u00e1rio.\u201d<\/p>\n

Segundo o parlamentar, a empresa paga um aux\u00edlio alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 11. \u201cAgora eu lhe pergunto: onde se consegue almo\u00e7ar com esse valor? Mal d\u00e1 para comprar um refrigerante, quanto mais uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n

O vereador questionou quem se beneficia em manter a ADM prestando servi\u00e7os \u00e0 prefeitura. \u201cE a\u00ed fica a pergunta: a quem interessa manter essa funda\u00e7\u00e3o ADM prestando servi\u00e7o \u00e0 Prefeitura? Apesar de tantas cr\u00edticas, de tantas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es que j\u00e1 ocorreram contra essa empresa. No governo passado houve manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre ela n\u00e3o estar cumprindo os direitos trabalhistas, mas n\u00e3o vemos uma a\u00e7\u00e3o por parte do Executivo Municipal.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dias ressaltou que a m\u00e1 presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o por parte das empresas terceirizadas compromete o atendimento \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o, pois os pr\u00f3prios funcion\u00e1rios est\u00e3o sendo desvalorizados e com dificuldades b\u00e1sicas como a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
