Na ter\u00e7a-feira (28), um mandado de pris\u00e3o decorrente de condena\u00e7\u00e3o definitiva foi cumprido pela Delegacia Especializada de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Deam\/Alagoinhas), em desfavor de um homem, de 38 anos. Ele foi condenado a nove anos e quatro meses de reclus\u00e3o, em regime fechado, pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n

O condenado foi localizado ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias realizadas na Fazenda Pindobal, situada na zona rural de Alagoinhas, em uma regi\u00e3o isolada e de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o densa.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontaram que, no ano de 2017, uma adolescente, \u00e0 \u00e9poca com 12 anos, deu \u00e0 luz a uma crian\u00e7a. A partir disso, constatou-se o envolvimento sexual do homem com a v\u00edtima. O mandado foi expedido pela 2\u00aa Vara Criminal de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica e Familiar contra a Mulher e Execu\u00e7\u00e3o de Medida Protetiva de Alagoinhas.<\/p>\n

O condenado tamb\u00e9m responde por crimes contra o patrim\u00f4nio. Ele foi conduzido \u00e0 1\u00aa Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Alagoinhas) e permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
