Um homem, de 58 anos, que possu\u00eda mandado de pris\u00e3o decorrente de condena\u00e7\u00e3o definitiva pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia<\/a> na quinta-feira (30), na cidade de Itanh\u00e9m.<\/p>\n

O crime ocorreu na zona rural do munic\u00edpio, em 2016, quando vitimou uma crian\u00e7a de 7 anos \u00e0 \u00e9poca. A senten\u00e7a condenat\u00f3ria foi proferida pela Justi\u00e7a da Comarca de Itanh\u00e9m, em 2025, fixando pena de 15 anos e 11 meses de reclus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O condenado foi localizado em uma fazenda na regi\u00e3o do Assentamento S\u00e3o Geraldo, na zona rural do munic\u00edpio. A pris\u00e3o foi realizada por equipes integradas da Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Itanh\u00e9m) e da 8\u00aa Coordenadoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (Coorpin\/Teixeira de Freitas), para onde foi encaminhado ap\u00f3s o cumprimento da ordem judicial. Ele permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
