Um homem de 44 anos foi preso em flagrante na tarde desta ter\u00e7a-feira (12), no munic\u00edpio de Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o<\/a>, pelo crime de tentativa de vicaric\u00eddio. De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, ele colocou os tr\u00eas filhos dentro de um carro e amea\u00e7ou mat\u00e1-los caso a ex-companheira n\u00e3o retomasse o relacionamento.<\/p>\n

Ainda de acordo com a ocorr\u00eancia, o suspeito enviou \u00e1udios \u00e0 ex-companheira afirmando que causaria um acidente de tr\u00e2nsito tirando a pr\u00f3pria vida e a das crian\u00e7as.<\/p>\n

Tipificado em abril deste ano, o crime de vicaric\u00eddio <\/strong>consiste em matar filhos, ascendentes, dependentes, enteados ou pessoas sob a guarda ou responsabilidade direta de uma mulher, com o objetivo de provocar sofrimento emocional, puni\u00e7\u00e3o ou exercer controle sobre ela.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias imediatas, a Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, por meio do N\u00facleo Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Neam\/Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o), com apoio da Delegacia Territorial (DT) do munic\u00edpio, localizaram o investigado ainda no interior do ve\u00edculo, na companhia dos menores, momento em que foi efetuada a pris\u00e3o em flagrante. O investigado permanece custodiado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
