A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia cumpriu, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (12), mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva em desfavor de um homem, de 62 anos, investigado pela pr\u00e1tica dos crimes de amea\u00e7a no contexto de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, viol\u00eancia psicol\u00f3gica e estupro de vulner\u00e1vel contra uma adolescente de 14 anos, ocorridos na zona rural do munic\u00edpio de Planalto.<\/p>\n

Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es conduzidas pela Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Planalto), iniciadas em mar\u00e7o deste ano, o investigado se aproveitou da conviv\u00eancia pr\u00f3xima para cometer o crime por aproximadamente tr\u00eas anos. Al\u00e9m disso, as apura\u00e7\u00f5es indicam que ele mantinha hist\u00f3rico de comportamento agressivo, submetendo a v\u00edtima a constantes amea\u00e7as, agress\u00f5es psicol\u00f3gicas e priva\u00e7\u00e3o alimentar, al\u00e9m de amea\u00e7ar de morte a companheira e os outros filhos.<\/p>\n

\u201cAl\u00e9m do procedimento relacionado aos crimes sexuais e de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, subsiste inqu\u00e9rito policial paralelo, no qual o investigado tamb\u00e9m responde por tentativa de homic\u00eddio, ap\u00f3s supostamente desferir golpe de arma branca contra um adolescente, motivado por ci\u00fames envolvendo a enteada, v\u00edtima dos abusos\u201d, acrescentou o delegado titular da DT de Planalto, Relder Andrade dos Santos.<\/p>\n

Diante dos fatos, a autoridade policial representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado, posteriormente deferida pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio da Comarca de Planalto. Dilig\u00eancias investigativas em zonas rurais e urbanas da regi\u00e3o, bem como em Vit\u00f3ria da Conquista, foram realizadas com o objetivo de localizar e capturar o investigado, considerado foragido at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Diante do cerco policial, na ter\u00e7a-feira (12), o homem se apresentou na Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios (DH\/Vit\u00f3ria da Conquista), no Distrito Integrado de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (Disep\/Vit\u00f3ria da Conquista), ocasi\u00e3o em que foi cumprido o mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedido pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio. O investigado segue custodiado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es continuam para a conclus\u00e3o do caso.<\/p>\n
