A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, por meio da Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Monte Santo), cumpriu, na ter\u00e7a-feira (12), um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra um homem, de 41 anos, investigado pelos crimes de stalking e viol\u00eancia psicol\u00f3gica praticados contra uma mulher, de 24 anos, no povoado de Curral Velho, zona rural do munic\u00edpio. O mandado foi expedido pela Vara de Jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o Plena da Comarca de Monte Santo.<\/p>\n

De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o suspeito n\u00e3o aceitava a negativa da v\u00edtima em iniciar um relacionamento e era reincidente na pr\u00e1tica de amea\u00e7as contra ela, incluindo a exibi\u00e7\u00e3o, por meio de mensagens enviadas ao celular da mulher, de uma arma do tipo espingarda de press\u00e3o. O investigado tamb\u00e9m teria tentado invadir a resid\u00eancia da v\u00edtima durante a madrugada, como forma de intimida\u00e7\u00e3o e amea\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

Diante da gravidade dos fatos e da reincid\u00eancia das condutas investigadas, a equipe policial representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do suspeito, que foi deferida pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio. O homem foi localizado, conduzido \u00e0 delegacia local e, em seguida, encaminhado ao Complexo Policial de Euclides da Cunha, onde permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
