Suspeito de homic\u00eddio, um homem de 40 anos foi alvo de cumprimento de mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva, na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (13), no bairro Campo Limpo, em Feira de Santana. Ele \u00e9 investigado pela morte de Robson Serra de Almeida, em abril deste ano, dentro de um estabelecimento comercial no povoado do Oleiro, no munic\u00edpio de Ant\u00f4nio Cardoso.<\/p>\n

Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a v\u00edtima, de 25 anos, se envolveu em uma discuss\u00e3o momentos antes do crime. Ap\u00f3s o desentendimento, o suspeito deixou o estabelecimento, retornou armado e atirou contra o homem, que n\u00e3o resistiu aos ferimentos.<\/p>\n

A ordem judicial foi expedida pela Vara Criminal, J\u00fari, Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais e Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude da Comarca de Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o, e a pris\u00e3o foi efetuada pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, por meio do N\u00facleo Operacional da Diretoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior \u2013 Leste (DIRPIN\/Leste), em a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Ant\u00f4nio Cardoso). O homem foi conduzido \u00e0 Central de Flagrantes (Cenflag\/Feira de Santana) para ado\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas legais cab\u00edveis e permanece custodiado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
