Um mandado de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria foi cumprido no \u00faltimo domingo (17), no bairro Vila de F\u00e1tima, em Serrinha, contra um homem, de 29 anos, investigado por participa\u00e7\u00e3o no homic\u00eddio de Lucas de Jesus Silva, de 30 anos \u00e0 \u00e9poca do fato, ocorrido em janeiro deste ano.<\/p>\n

Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, quatro homens armados invadiram a resid\u00eancia da v\u00edtima e efetuaram disparos de arma de fogo. Em tentativa anterior de cumprimento da ordem judicial, o investigado conseguiu se evadir, deixando no local uma arma possivelmente utilizada no crime.<\/p>\n

O mandado de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria foi expedido pela Vara do J\u00fari da Comarca de Serrinha e cumprido pela Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Serrinha), com apoio do Grupo de Apoio T\u00e1tico e T\u00e9cnico \u00e0 Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (Gatti\/Sisal). Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o, o investigado foi encaminhado \u00e0 unidade policial, onde foram adotadas as medidas cab\u00edveis. Ele permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

Outros dois homens tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o investigados por participa\u00e7\u00e3o no crime e j\u00e1 se encontram custodiados. Um terceiro entrou em confronto com for\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a e veio a \u00f3bito.Com a pris\u00e3o realizada, todos os quatro investigados por participa\u00e7\u00e3o no homic\u00eddio foram localizados, conforme apontam as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, contribuindo para a elucida\u00e7\u00e3o do crime.<\/p>\n
