Um homem, de 35 anos, investigado por descumprir medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia e tentar matar a ex-companheira, agredindo-a com uma garrafa de vidro, foi preso na sexta-feira (22), na zona rural do munic\u00edpio de Santa B\u00e1rbara.<\/p>\n

Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es da Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Santa B\u00e1rbara), no dia 27 de abril deste ano, o suspeito invadiu a resid\u00eancia de uma familiar da v\u00edtima, onde agrediu a mulher com uma garrafa, al\u00e9m de desferir socos e chutes.<\/p>\n

Boletins de ocorr\u00eancia pelos crimes de amea\u00e7a e inj\u00faria, no \u00e2mbito da Lei Maria da Penha, j\u00e1 haviam sido registrados pela v\u00edtima, o que motivou o pedido de medida protetiva contra o investigado.<\/p>\n

Policiais civis da DT de Santa B\u00e1rbara localizaram o suspeito e o conduziram at\u00e9 a unidade policial, onde o mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva foi cumprido. Ele segue custodiado, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
