A Secretaria da Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (SSP) divulgou o resultado do Censo Racial 2026, promovido pela Superintend\u00eancia de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Viol\u00eancia (Sprev) com o objetivo de definir o perfil racial dos servidores e servidoras da Bahia que atuam na Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n

A pesquisa, que coletou dados de 44.512 profissionais atrav\u00e9s do portal RH Bahia, mostra que 60,06% dos participantes se declararam pardos, totalizando 26.732 pessoas. Outros 9.094 servidores se identificam como negros (20,43%), al\u00e9m de 5.259 brancos (11,81%) e 2.123 ind\u00edgenas (4,77%).<\/p>\n

O Censo foi formado com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 31.280 policiais militares, 6.275 policiais civis e t\u00e9cnicos, 3.807 bombeiros militares e 3.150 servidores da SSP. A a\u00e7\u00e3o tem como foco a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas espec\u00edficas com base na afirma\u00e7\u00e3o da identidade<\/a> racial dos pesquisados.<\/p>\n

A tenente-coronel Denice Santiago, titular da Sprev, refor\u00e7ou a import\u00e2ncia de os servidores continuarem atualizando as informa\u00e7\u00f5es cadastrais no RH Bahia, para o aprimoramento cada vez maior dos diagn\u00f3sticos. \u201cParte da necessidade de retirar dados que, para al\u00e9m de contabilizar exist\u00eancias, pautem pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas\u201d, destacou.<\/p>\n
