Um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva foi cumprido pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (26), em desfavor de um homem de 44 anos. Ele \u00e9 investigado por envolvimento na morte de Jos\u00e9 Jorge Costa Figueiredo J\u00fanior, de 36 anos. A v\u00edtima trafegava pela BR-420, acompanhada da esposa e das duas filhas, quando o carro de propriedade do investigado invadiu a contram\u00e3o e colidiu com o carro da fam\u00edlia. Jos\u00e9 Jorge n\u00e3o resistiu aos ferimentos e morreu.<\/p>\n

O caso aconteceu em abril deste ano. O propriet\u00e1rio do ve\u00edculo, que estava no banco do carona no momento da colis\u00e3o<\/a>, apresentou-se espontaneamente \u00e0 Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Jiquiri\u00e7\u00e1), acompanhado de advogado. O investigado passou pelos procedimentos de praxe e permanecer\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 o homem que conduzia o ve\u00edculo foi preso no dia 19 de maio, no distrito de Lagoinhas, zona rural de Jiquiri\u00e7\u00e1, e encaminhado para uma unidade prisional. Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, ele dirigia em alta velocidade e sob efeito de \u00e1lcool.<\/p>\n
