Equipes da Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Cora\u00e7\u00e3o de Maria), com apoio do Grupo de Apoio T\u00e9cnico e T\u00e1tico \u00e0 Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (Gatti\/Rec\u00f4ncavo), cumpriram no s\u00e1bado (30) mandados de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria contra dois investigados por envolvimento no homic\u00eddio de Lia Joanna Amaral Pacheco dos Anjos, de 45 anos, ocorrido em 15 de maio deste ano, naquele munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a v\u00edtima foi morta por disparos de arma de fogo em um contexto relacionado \u00e0 disputa territorial entre grupos criminosos que atuam na regi\u00e3o. O inqu\u00e9rito policial aponta que o homem prestou apoio operacional \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, enquanto a mulher repassou informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a rotina e a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o da v\u00edtima, al\u00e9m de realizar amea\u00e7as anteriores.<\/p>\n

As apura\u00e7\u00f5es indicam ainda que os investigados possuem liga\u00e7\u00e3o com organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa. As pris\u00f5es foram decretadas pela Justi\u00e7a ap\u00f3s representa\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Civil e parecer favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

Com o cumprimento das ordens judiciais, a dupla foi submetida ao exame de les\u00f5es e permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio. As dilig\u00eancias seguem para identificar e localizar outros envolvidos no homic\u00eddio.<\/p>\n
