Ag\u00eancia Brasil- O Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ) marcou o depoimento de duas mulheres que acusam o ministro Marco Buzzi\u00a0de ass\u00e9dio sexual. Os depoimentos ser\u00e3o tomados no dia 11 de junho, quando tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e3o ouvidas 20 testemunhas de defesa e de acusa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Buzzi foi afastado do cargo e passou a ser alvo de um processo administrativo disciplinar (PAD) ap\u00f3s ter sido denunciado pelas supostas v\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n

O ministro \u00e9 acusado de tentar agarrar uma jovem, que \u00e9 filha de um casal de amigos dele, durante um banho de mar. O epis\u00f3dio teria ocorrido em janeiro deste ano, quando o ministro, a jovem e seus pais passaram f\u00e9rias em Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa, litoral de Santa Catarina.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o caso vir \u00e0 tona, uma ex-funcion\u00e1ria terceirizada do gabinete do ministro denunciou que tamb\u00e9m foi alvo de ass\u00e9dio sexual.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Buzzi tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 alvo de um procedimento no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), que analisa o caso na esfera criminal. Por ser ministro do STJ, ele tem foro privilegiado no STF.<\/p>\n

Desde o surgimento das acusa\u00e7\u00f5es, a defesa do ministro sustenta que o magistrado n\u00e3o cometeu qualquer ato impr\u00f3prio e que isso ser\u00e1 provado no decorrer da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Em nota divulgada hoje, a defesa de Buzzi declarou que vai atuar com serenidade, responsabilidade e \u201crespeito \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es e as pessoas envolvidas\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cForam indicadas 30 testemunhas pela defesa, das quais foram admitidas 16 pela comiss\u00e3o processante e que certamente poder\u00e3o elucidar a verdade dos fatos\u201d, informaram os advogados.<\/strong><\/p>\n
