Um homem de 46 anos foi preso em flagrante pelos crimes de descumprimento de medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia e amea\u00e7a, na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (9), no bairro Alto da Colina, em Concei\u00e7\u00e3o do Coit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada ap\u00f3s a Pol\u00edcia Civil, por meio da Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Concei\u00e7\u00e3o do Coit\u00e9), tomar conhecimento de que o suspeito havia se aproximado da ex-companheira e feito novas amea\u00e7as \u00e0 v\u00edtima. Diante da situa\u00e7\u00e3o, os policiais realizaram dilig\u00eancias imediatas, localizaram o homem e deram voz de pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Conforme as apura\u00e7\u00f5es, ele j\u00e1 responde por les\u00e3o corporal praticada contra a mulher em 2025, ocasi\u00e3o em que foi solicitada a medida cautelar. Ainda segundo a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o homem j\u00e1 havia descumprido a determina\u00e7\u00e3o judicial em janeiro deste ano, fato que resultou na instaura\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo inqu\u00e9rito.<\/p>\n

O suspeito foi conduzido \u00e0 unidade policial, onde foram adotadas as medidas legais cab\u00edveis. Ele permanece custodiado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
