A Pol\u00edcia Civil, por meio da Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Cora\u00e7\u00e3o de Maria<\/a>), entregou na quarta-feira (10) nove ve\u00edculos apreendidos que haviam sido vendidos em leil\u00e3o judicial ap\u00f3s autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a. A aliena\u00e7\u00e3o antecipada foi solicitada para evitar a desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o e a deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o dos bens enquanto os processos relacionados a eles ainda tramitam na Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

Ao todo, foram leiloados dois carros e sete motocicletas, que foram apreendidos e custodiados na delegacia. Os representantes dos arrematantes estiveram na unidade policial para formalizar a transfer\u00eancia da posse e receber os ve\u00edculos.<\/p>\n

A aliena\u00e7\u00e3o antecipada foi realizada seguindo todos os procedimentos legais aplic\u00e1veis, garantindo a destina\u00e7\u00e3o adequada dos bens apreendidos. Al\u00e9m disso, toda a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para a entrega dos ve\u00edculos aos compradores foi devidamente formalizada.<\/p>\n
