A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia cumpriu, nesta quinta-feira (18), dois mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra uma mulher de 44 anos e um homem de 22, investigados pelos crimes de extors\u00e3o, furto qualificado e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa. A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada no bairro Urbis, em Valen\u00e7a, no \u00e2mbito da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Malhas da Lei.<\/p>\n

Os investigados s\u00e3o suspeitos de integrar um grupo criminoso respons\u00e1vel por causar preju\u00edzo patrimonial estimado em aproximadamente R$ 600 mil a uma mulher de 55 anos. Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, eles teriam se aproveitado da condi\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade da v\u00edtima para criar falsos cen\u00e1rios de perigo iminente, induzindo-a a realizar sucessivas transfer\u00eancias banc\u00e1rias via Pix e a entregar bens de elevado valor econ\u00f4mico. Al\u00e9m dos valores transferidos, a apura\u00e7\u00e3o aponta a subtra\u00e7\u00e3o de joias, aparelhos eletr\u00f4nicos, eletrodom\u00e9sticos e outros objetos pertencentes \u00e0 v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n

As pris\u00f5es preventivas foram decretadas pela 2\u00aa Vara Criminal da Comarca de Valen\u00e7a, que tamb\u00e9m autorizou o cumprimento de mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o domiciliar e outras medidas cautelares destinadas \u00e0 preserva\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> das provas e ao andamento da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

As dilig\u00eancias foram realizadas por equipes da Delegacia Territorial de Valen\u00e7a (DT\/Valen\u00e7a), com apoio do N\u00facleo de Intelig\u00eancia (NI) da 5\u00aa Coordenadoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (Coorpin\/Valen\u00e7a). Os investigados foram submetidos aos exames legais e permanecem custodiados, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es seguem para identificar outros poss\u00edveis envolvidos e esclarecer todas as circunst\u00e2ncias dos fatos.<\/p>\n
