Equipes de investigadores do Departamento de Pol\u00edcia Metropolitana (Depom) cumpriram, na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira (19), o mandado de pris\u00e3o definitiva de um homem condenado pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel. A decis\u00e3o judicial foi deferida pela Vara do J\u00fari e Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais de Lauro de Freitas. O autor foi localizado em Cama\u00e7ari ap\u00f3s intensas dilig\u00eancias policiais.<\/p>\n

O homem foi julgado pelo crime ap\u00f3s estuprar as tr\u00eas enteadas, menores de 13 anos, no ano de 2017. O mandado de pris\u00e3o foi expedido em janeiro deste ano e, em menos de um m\u00eas, a pris\u00e3o foi realizada. A a\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es (COP) do departamento.<\/p>\n

O autor do crime foi apresentado \u00e0 autoridade policial na Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Pol\u00edcia Interestadual (Polinter) e passar\u00e1 por exames de les\u00f5es corporais. Ele ser\u00e1 encaminhado para o sistema prisional e permanecer\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
