Ag\u00eancia Brasil \u2014 A Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) concluiu nesta sexta-feira (26) que o senador Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) cometeu o crime de cal\u00fania contra o presidente da Rep\u00fablica, Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva, em\u00a0postagem nas redes sociais.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A conclus\u00e3o da PF consta no relat\u00f3rio final do inqu\u00e9rito aberto pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), para apurar o caso.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o se trata da postagem feita por Fl\u00e1vio na rede social X, no dia 3 de janeiro deste ano, quando o ex-presidente da Venezuela Nicol\u00e1s Maduro foi capturado pelos Estados Unidos.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Na publica\u00e7\u00e3o, o senador declarou: \u201cLula ser\u00e1 delatado. \u00c9 o fim do Foro de S\u00e3o Paulo: tr\u00e1fico internacional de drogas e armas, lavagem de dinheiro, suporte a terroristas e ditaduras, elei\u00e7\u00f5es fraudadas\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da PF, o senador imputou falsamente ao presidente os crimes citados.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cFica claro, portanto, que o senador Flavio Bolsonaro, atrav\u00e9s de sua postagem, imputou falsamente ao presidente Lula o cometimento dos crimes de tr\u00e1fico internacional de drogas, tr\u00e1fico internacional de arma e lavagem de dinheiro, crimes estes expressamente tipificados em nosso ordenamento jur\u00eddico\u201d, disse a PF.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s encerrar a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, a PF enviou o caso para provid\u00eancias do Supremo. O pr\u00f3ximo passo ser\u00e1 a remessa para a Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR).<\/p>\n
