Um homem de 63 anos, investigado por estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, na tarde desta sexta-feira (26), na cidade de Ipia\u00fa, em cumprimento ao mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedido pela Vara Criminal da Comarca da cidade em seu desfavor.<\/p>\n

Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es conduzidas pela Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Ipia\u00fa), o crime teria sido cometido em maio desse ano, cuja v\u00edtima seria a pr\u00f3pria filha do investigado. Diante dos elementos e informa\u00e7\u00f5es constantes no inqu\u00e9rito policial, o Poder Judici\u00e1rio decretou a pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado, que foi cumprida ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias realizadas por equipes da Pol\u00edcia Civil que localizaram o suspeito em sua resid\u00eancia na zona urbana do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o, ele foi conduzido para a unidade policial da cidade, para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos legais cab\u00edveis, permanecendo custodiado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
