A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia cumpriu, na sexta-feira (26), mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra um homem de 40 anos, pelo crime de furto qualificado mediante fraude, cometido no na ter\u00e7a-feira (23). A ordem judicial, expedida pela Justi\u00e7a Criminal da Comarca de Juazeiro\/BA, foi cumprida por equipe da Delegacia de Repress\u00e3o a Furtos e Roubos (DRFR\/Juazeiro), unidade vinculada \u00e0 17\u00aa Coordenadoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (Coorpin\/Juazeiro) e integrante do Departamento Especializado de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (Deic). O suspeito foi localizado no munic\u00edpio de Petrolina, no estado de Pernambuco.<\/p>\n

A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s o registro de uma den\u00fancia de furto de ve\u00edculo ocorrido num estabelecimento comercial em Juazeiro. De acordo com a ocorr\u00eancia, a v\u00edtima teria anunciado a venda de um ve\u00edculo por meio de rede social, quando foi contatada por uma pessoa que demonstrou interesse na compra do autom\u00f3vel, marcando um encontro para negocia\u00e7\u00e3o. No local combinado, o suspeito solicitou as chaves sob o pretexto de realizar um teste, e de posse do autom\u00f3vel, evadiu-se, inclusive rompendo a cancela do estacionamento, consumando a subtra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o crime, a v\u00edtima passou a receber liga\u00e7\u00f5es e mensagens de diferentes n\u00fameros telef\u00f4nicos, com terceiros exigindo pagamentos em dinheiro sob amea\u00e7a de venda ou desmanche do bem, circunst\u00e2ncia que indicou maior gravidade da din\u00e2mica criminosa e poss\u00edvel atua\u00e7\u00e3o articulada ap\u00f3s a subtra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o integrada contou com o apoio do Grupo de Apoio T\u00e9cnico e T\u00e1tico \u00e0 Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (GATTI\/Norte), do N\u00facleo de Intelig\u00eancia Regional da Diretoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (DIRPIN\/Norte), e do 5\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o de Pol\u00edcia Militar de Pernambuco (BPM\/PMPE). O ve\u00edculo foi localizado posteriormente no munic\u00edpio de Uau\u00e1.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o, o custodiado foi encaminhado \u00e0 unidade policial competente. Guias de exame pericial foram expedidas, e o investigado permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a para ado\u00e7\u00e3o das provid\u00eancias legais cab\u00edveis.<\/p>\n
