Um adolescente de 17 anos foi apreendido pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (30), em Vit\u00f3ria da Conquista, por ato infracional an\u00e1logo ao crime de tentativa de latroc\u00ednio ocorrido em fevereiro deste ano, no bairro Recreio. A v\u00edtima, um homem de 48 anos, teve os pertences roubados e foi agredida com golpes<\/a> de barra de ferro e pedras.<\/p>\n

O adolescente foi localizado em uma resid\u00eancia no bairro Ibirapuera por equipes da Delegacia de Repress\u00e3o a Furtos e Roubos (DRFR), unidade vinculada ao Departamento Especializado de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (Deic). A ordem judicial foi expedida pela 1\u00aa Vara da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude da Comarca de Vit\u00f3ria da Conquista.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontam que o adolescente participou da a\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa ao lado de outros dois investigados, de 19 e 21 anos, que j\u00e1 foram presos e denunciados pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico (MP). Conforme apurado, ele tamb\u00e9m utilizou o cart\u00e3o banc\u00e1rio da v\u00edtima para realizar compras ap\u00f3s o crime.<\/p>\n

O adolescente foi encaminhado ao Distrito Integrado de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (Disep), onde foram adotadas as medidas cab\u00edveis, e permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
