A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia prendeu em flagrante, na sexta-feira (3), um homem de 50 anos por descumprimento de medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia prevista na Lei Maria da Penha. A v\u00edtima, tamb\u00e9m de 50 anos, \u00e9 ex-cunhada do suspeito.<\/p>\n

De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, policiais da 1\u00aa Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Santo Amaro) localizaram o homem no momento em que ele amea\u00e7ava a mulher, desrespeitando a determina\u00e7\u00e3o judicial que o impedia de manter contato ou se aproximar da v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n

O suspeito foi conduzido para a unidade policial e segue custodiado disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
