Um homem, de 38 anos, foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, nesta segunda-feira (6), por descumprimento de medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia contra a ex-companheira, de 28 anos, durante a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o La\u00e7os Sombrios, realizada no povoado de Prazeres, em Riach\u00e3o das Neves. O descumprimento da medida ocorreu em junho deste ano.<\/p>\n

A opera\u00e7\u00e3o teve como objetivo cumprir um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva e quatro mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o domiciliar expedidos pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio no \u00e2mbito de uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apura crimes praticados contra grupos vulner\u00e1veis, especialmente crian\u00e7as e adolescentes.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apuram crimes relacionados ao armazenamento e compartilhamento de material de abuso sexual infantojuvenil, favorecimento da prostitui\u00e7\u00e3o de vulner\u00e1vel, estupro de vulner\u00e1vel e outras infra\u00e7\u00f5es correlatas.<\/p>\n

Durante o cumprimento das ordens judiciais, os policiais apreenderam uma arma de fogo e diversos aparelhos eletr\u00f4nicos pertencentes aos investigados. Os equipamentos ser\u00e3o submetidos \u00e0 per\u00edcia para obten\u00e7\u00e3o de elementos probat\u00f3rios que contribuam para o avan\u00e7o das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e o esclarecimento dos fatos.<\/p>\n

O homem foi conduzido ao Complexo Policial de Barreiras, onde foram adotadas as medidas de pol\u00edcia judici\u00e1ria, permanecendo custodiado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
