Ag\u00eancia Brasil \u2014 O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), mandou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (7) a Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) colher o depoimento do senador Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ), no caso em que ele \u00e9 investigado por cal\u00fania contra o presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pela decis\u00e3o,\u00a0o senador tem dez dias de prazo para prestar o depoimento<\/strong>.\u00a0O ministro seguiu parecer do procurador-geral da Rep\u00fablica, Paulo Gonet, que\u00a0considerou o procedimento de \u201cespecial relev\u00e2ncia\u201d\u00a0para esclarecer o caso.<\/strong><\/p>\n

No m\u00eas passado, a PF afirmou, em relat\u00f3rio enviado ao Supremo, haver \u201cind\u00edcios concretos\u201d de que Fl\u00e1vio praticou cal\u00fania contra Lula em decorr\u00eancia de postagens feitas na rede social X em 3 de janeiro.<\/p>\n

Nas publica\u00e7\u00f5es, o senador atribuiu ao presidente crimes como tr\u00e1fico de drogas, apoio a terroristas, fraude eleitoral e lavagem de dinheiro. Uma das postagens, por exemplo, faz uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o entre Lula e Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, ex-ditador da Venezuela.<\/p>\n

Relator do processo,\u00a0Moraes autorizou, em abril, a abertura de um inqu\u00e9rito para apurar a falsa imputa\u00e7\u00e3o de crime a Lula por Fl\u00e1vio.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cACOLHO a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o da Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica e DETERMINO O RETORNO DOS AUTOS \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Federal para que proceda \u00e0 oitiva do investigado, no prazo m\u00e1ximo de 10 (dez) dias\u201d, escreveu Moraes na decis\u00e3o desta ter\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

Instado a se manifestar,\u00a0Gonet disse ao Supremo que somente decidiria sobre a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o ou n\u00e3o de den\u00fancia contra Fl\u00e1vio ap\u00f3s o depoimento do senador.<\/strong><\/p>\n
