O ator Edward Boggiss morreu aos 49 anos nesta quarta-feira (8), segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es divulgadas por amigos pr\u00f3ximos. A causa da morte n\u00e3o foi informada.<\/p>\n

O corpo de Boggiss ser\u00e1 velado na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (9), no Cemit\u00e9rio Memorial do Carmo, no Caju, Zona Portu\u00e1ria do Rio de Janeiro. O vel\u00f3rio est\u00e1 previsto para come\u00e7ar \u00e0s 11h.<\/p>\n

Carioca, o artista construiu uma carreira marcada pela atua\u00e7\u00e3o, dire\u00e7\u00e3o e trabalho como educador social.<\/p>\n

Na TV Globo, um de seus pap\u00e9is mais conhecidos foi o personagem Tony, na s\u00e9rie \u201cSandy & J\u00fanior\u201d, em 1999. Ele tamb\u00e9m participou de produ\u00e7\u00f5es como \u201cMalha\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d e da novela \u201cEsplendor\u201d, na qual interpretou Ot\u00e1vio Guerreiro.<\/p>\n

Em 2004, deu vida \u00e0 vers\u00e3o jovem de Anselmo na novela \u201cCome\u00e7ar de Novo\u201d e integrou o elenco da miniss\u00e9rie \u201cUm S\u00f3 Cora\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d. J\u00e1 na novela \u201cO Profeta\u201d, interpretou o personagem Pel\u00f3pidas.<\/p>\n

Ao longo da carreira, Boggiss tamb\u00e9m atuou em outros trabalhos, como o filme \u201cCanta Maria\u201d e a s\u00e9rie \u201cSob Nova Dire\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p>\n
