Um motociclista foi conduzido \u00e0 delegacia, nesta sexta-feira (10), ap\u00f3s furar uma blitz e agredir um guarda municipal, em Salvador.<\/p>\n

Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es da corpora\u00e7\u00e3o publicadas no g1, agentes da guarda realizavam uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e combate ao transporte clandestino, quando o condutor, de 33 anos, tentou fugir do bloqueio, pr\u00f3ximo ao Terminal de S\u00e3o Joaquim, no bairro do Com\u00e9rcio.<\/p>\n

O homem foi perseguido e durante a abordagem proferiu ofensas ao contra os agentes, al\u00e9m de desferir um soco em um dos guardas. Ele se recusou ainda a apresentar a Carteira Nacional de Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o (CNH) e o documento do ve\u00edculo.<\/p>\n

Diante do desacato, o motociclista foi conduzido Central de Flagrantes da Pol\u00edcia Civil (PC), no Complexo Policial dos Barris. J\u00e1 o ve\u00edculo foi apreendido e levado para o p\u00e1tio da Guarda Municipal.<\/p>\n

Na delegacia, o homem foi autuado por desacato, assinou uma Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorr\u00eancia (TCO) e em seguida liberado. Ele dever\u00e1 responder ao processo em liberdade.<\/p>\n
