O ministro Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), determinou neste s\u00e1bado (11) a apreens\u00e3o do passaporte do publicit\u00e1rio\u00a0ligado ao banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro, dono do Banco Master. A medida atende a um pedido da Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF), que apontou risco de fuga do investigado.<\/p>\n

Segundo a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o publicit\u00e1rio tinha uma passagem a\u00e9rea comprada para os Estados Unidos com embarque previsto para a pr\u00f3xima segunda-feira (13). A decis\u00e3o, que tramita sob sigilo, foi divulgada pela Folha de S.Paulo.<\/p>\n

Na \u00faltima quinta-feira (9),\u00a0ele j\u00e1 havia sido alvo de um mandado de busca\u00a0e apreens\u00e3o expedido por Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a<\/a>, no \u00e2mbito das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es conduzidas pela Pol\u00edcia Federal. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com parecer favor\u00e1vel da Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR).<\/p>\n

De acordo com a PF, o publicit\u00e1rio teria atuado ao lado de Daniel Vorcaro para intimidar pessoas consideradas \u201cobst\u00e1culos\u201d pela suposta organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa investigada.<\/p>\n

Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o realizada na quinta-feira, os agentes apreenderam celulares e equipamentos eletr\u00f4nicos na resid\u00eancia do publicit\u00e1rio. Conforme a Pol\u00edcia Federal, a apura\u00e7\u00e3o investiga uma suposta atua\u00e7\u00e3o coordenada em redes sociais com o objetivo de comprometer a credibilidade da atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Banco Central. <\/p>\n
