Aproximadamente 800 kg de carne clandestina foram apreendidas na feira livre de Ibicara\u00ed, no sul da Bahia, na quarta-feira (15), durante uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta da Ag\u00eancia Estadual de Defesa Agropecu\u00e1ria da Bahia (Adab), do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico da Bahia (MPBA) e da Pol\u00edcia Militar.<\/p>\n

De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es do Giro do Ipia\u00fa, parceiro do Acorda Cidade, a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Alimento Seguro foi realizada ap\u00f3s solicita\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. Durante a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, os agentes encontraram a carne armazenada de forma irregular em uma c\u00e2mara fria e em uma sala de desossa instaladas na feira livre do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

Os agentes consideraram todo o alimento impr\u00f3prio para o consumo. O material foi apreendido e, em seguida incinerado em uma \u00e1rea de seguran\u00e7a. Ningu\u00e9m foi preso em flagrante durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Adab, a iniciativa faz parte das a\u00e7\u00f5es de combate \u00e0 comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de carnes de origem clandestina, com o objetivo de garantir a seguran\u00e7a alimentar da popula\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o refor\u00e7a a atua\u00e7\u00e3o integrada entre os \u00f3rg\u00e3os de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para coibir pr\u00e1ticas irregulares, bem como proteger a sa\u00fade p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n
