O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico da Bahia (MPBA), em conjunto com a Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a de P\u00fablica (SSP) e Pol\u00edcia Militar (PM), deflagrou na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira (16), a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Vinculum. A a\u00e7\u00e3o decorre de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o do Grupo de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o Especial Operacional de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (Geosp) do MPBA sobre as mortes de Mateus Daniel Chagas da Silva e do adolescente Ka\u00edque Reis dos Santos, ocorridas em 28 de setembro de 2025 no bairro de S\u00e3o Marcos, em Salvador.<\/p>\n

A opera\u00e7\u00e3o, deflagrada por meio do Geosp, do Grupo de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o Especial de Combate ao Crime Organizado (Gaeco), da Corregedoria da PM e da For\u00e7a Correcional Especial Integrada da SSP (Force), cumpre mandados de pris\u00e3o e busca e apreens\u00e3o em Salvador e Lauro de Freitas, em resid\u00eancias e locais funcionais de seis policiais militares investigados por crimes de homic\u00eddios qualificados e fraude processual. As ordens judiciais foram expedidas pelo 2\u00ba Ju\u00edzo da 2\u00aa Vara do Tribunal do J\u00fari de Salvador.<\/p>\n

O objetivo \u00e9 coletar provas complementares \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que aponta para execu\u00e7\u00e3o das v\u00edtimas e altera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 cena do crime, contrariando a vers\u00e3o dos policiais de que as mortes decorreram de intenso confronto armado.<\/p>\n
