A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia cumpriu, de segunda-feira (20), em Serrinha, um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra um homem, de 29 anos, por descumprimento de medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia. Conforme as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, mesmo ap\u00f3s a imposi\u00e7\u00e3o da medida cautelar, o suspeito teria invadido a resid\u00eancia da mulher e a amea\u00e7ado de morte com uma arma branca, fato ocorrido em maio deste ano.<\/p>\n

De acordo com os registros policiais, em fevereiro do ano passado, o investigado, sobrinho da v\u00edtima, de 41 anos, j\u00e1 havia sido preso pelos crimes de les\u00e3o corporal e amea\u00e7a. No m\u00eas seguinte, voltou a intimid\u00e1-la, ocasi\u00e3o em que foi solicitada a medida protetiva.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias realizadas pelas equipes do N\u00facleo Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (NEAM\/Serrinha) e do Grupo de Apoio T\u00e1tico e T\u00e9cnico \u00e0 Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (GATTI\/Sisal), o homem se apresentou na unidade policial, acompanhado de uma advogada.<\/p>\n

Ele foi submetido aos procedimentos legais de praxe, incluindo a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de guias para exame de les\u00e3o corporal e a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio. O homem segue custodiado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
