Uma mulher foi condenada na segunda-feira (20), a 30 anos de pris\u00e3o pelos crimes de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, produ\u00e7\u00e3o e armazenamento de material pornogr\u00e1fico envolvendo sua filha, uma beb\u00ea de um ano e dez meses de idade, e uma adolescente de 13 anos, no munic\u00edpio de Jussiape. A acusada foi denunciada pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado da Bahia<\/a>, por meio da promotora de Justi\u00e7a Ana Lu\u00edza Silveira de Oliveira, em abril de 2026 e os fatos teriam ocorrido em per\u00edodo anterior \u00e0 \u00faltima semana do m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o de 2026.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a den\u00fancia, a mulher constrangeu a adolescente \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica de atos sexuais e for\u00e7ou a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da pr\u00f3pria filha, registrando por meio de v\u00eddeo os atos. As imagens foram armazenadas no aparelho celular da acusada. Na senten\u00e7a, a Justi\u00e7a, considerando a capacidade econ\u00f4mica da r\u00e9 e os princ\u00edpios da razoabilidade e da proporcionalidade, fixou indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima por danos morais no valor total de R$ 80 mil, sendo R$ 30 mil destinados \u00e0 adolescente e R$ 50 mil \u00e0 crian\u00e7a. <\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9m foi mantida a pris\u00e3o preventiva da condenada, que respondeu ao processo sob cust\u00f3dia cautelar no Conjunto Penal de Jequi\u00e9, e declarada a incapacidade dela para o exerc\u00edcio do poder familiar em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 filha.<\/p>\n
