Durante a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Justo Retorno, foi preso, na ter\u00e7a-feira (21), em Bom Jesus da Penha (MG<\/a>), um homem de 49 anos, em cumprimento a um mandado de pris\u00e3o pelo crime de homic\u00eddio qualificado por motivo f\u00fatil e emboscada, ocorrido na zona rural de Quijingue, em mar\u00e7o de 2025. Almir de Jesus Macedo, de 61 anos, foi v\u00edtima de golpes de arma branca e teve o corpo localizado em uma cova rasa, pr\u00f3ximo ao povoado C\u00e1gados.<\/p>\n

Segundo as apura\u00e7\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, o investigado e a v\u00edtima eram colegas de trabalho como lenhadores. Mensagens encontradas no celular da v\u00edtima foram cruciais para as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, contribuindo para a comprova\u00e7\u00e3o da autoria do crime.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s um trabalho conjunto com a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG), o homem foi localizado no munic\u00edpio mineiro, onde trabalhava em um cafezal. Um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva, expedido pela 1\u00aa Vara Criminal de Euclides da Cunha, foi cumprido, e ele segue custodiado, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

A Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Justo Retorno foi deflagrada pelo Servi\u00e7o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (SI) das Delegacias Territoriais (DTs) de Quijingue e de Euclides da Cunha, pertencentes \u00e0 25\u00aa Coordenadoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (Coorpin\/Euclides da Cunha), em conjunto com a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais.<\/p>\n
