Atendendo \u00e0s manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es da Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR) e da Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF), o ministro Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), autorizou nesta quinta-feira (23) a abertura de inqu\u00e9rito e o in\u00edcio de uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o financiamento do filme \u201cDark Horse\u201d, sobre o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro.<\/p>\n

No in\u00edcio do m\u00eas de julho, o ministro havia enviado \u00e0 PGR um pedido feito pelo deputado federal Lindbergh Farias (PT-RJ) para a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre eventuais irregularidades no financiamento do filme \u201cDark Horse\u201d por parte do ex-banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro, dono do Master. Em resposta a Mendon\u00e7a, o procurador-geral da Rep\u00fablica, Paulo Gonet, disse que h\u00e1 elementos suficientes para pedir a abertura formal de um inqu\u00e9rito que apure os repasses.<\/p>\n

O pedido do deputado Lindbergh Farias ao STF foi feito ap\u00f3s o site The Intercept Brasil revelar, no m\u00eas de maio, que Daniel Vorcaro repassou ao menos R$ 61 milh\u00f5es para financiar o filme. A reportagem mostrou que Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro, pr\u00e9-candidato \u00e0 Presid\u00eancia, pediu dinheiro para o ex-banqueiro.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A negocia\u00e7\u00e3o inicialmente envolvia um valor maior, de R$ 134 milh\u00f5es para financiar \u201cDark Horse\u201d. Segundo Lindbergh, apesar de mensagens revelarem que Fl\u00e1vio pediu dinheiro para o filme, \u00e9 preciso investigar para onde foram os recursos, quem os recebeu, quem os intermediou e se houve desvio de finalidade.<\/p>\n

Na mesma linha, o diretor-geral da Pol\u00edcia Federal, Andrei Rodrigues, pediu a abertura de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o para apurar o envio de recursos de Daniel Vorcaro aos EUA sob a justificativa de financiar o filme.<\/p>\n

O caso era inicialmente relatado pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes, mas o presidente do STF, Edson Fachin, no final do m\u00eas de junho, redistribuiu o pedido para que ele fosse conduzido por Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a. O motivo \u00e9 que Mendon\u00e7a j\u00e1 relata outros inqu\u00e9ritos com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao \u201cDark Horse\u201d.<\/p>\n
