A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia prendeu, na quarta-feira (22), um homem de 59 anos, investigado pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, ocorrido em Mucug\u00ea, munic\u00edpio localizado na regi\u00e3o da Chapada Diamantina<\/a>. Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es, o fato teria ocorrido em 10 de julho deste ano.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o portal Achei Sudoeste, site parceiro do Acorda Cidade, o suspeito j\u00e1 havia sido preso pelo mesmo crime h\u00e1 nove anos, em 2017. A Vara Criminal da Comarca de Andara\u00ed expediu uma ordem judicial ap\u00f3s a uni\u00e3o de um vasto conjunto probat\u00f3rio, servindo de base para a pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias, as autoridades conseguiram localizar o suspeito na zona rural da cidade. Em seguida, o homem foi encaminhado a uma unidade policial, onde foram adotadas as medidas cab\u00edveis pela Delegacia Territorial de Mucug\u00ea. Ele permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
