Um homem de 47 anos foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, neste s\u00e1bado (25), no povoado da Penha, zona rural de Santa B\u00e1rbara. Condenado pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, ele cumprir\u00e1 pena de 15 anos de reclus\u00e3o em regime fechado.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a decis\u00e3o judicial, os crimes ocorreram de forma continuada em 2013, quando o condenado exercia a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de motorista do transporte escolar da v\u00edtima. A senten\u00e7a reconheceu que ele se valeu da posi\u00e7\u00e3o de autoridade decorrente da fun\u00e7\u00e3o para cometer os abusos, circunst\u00e2ncia que resultou no aumento da pena.<\/p>\n

A pris\u00e3o foi realizada por equipes da Delegacia Territorial de Santa B\u00e1rbara (DT\/Santa B\u00e1rbara), com apoio do Grupo de Apoio T\u00e9cnico e T\u00e1tico \u00e0 Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (GATTI\/Sisal), em cumprimento ao mandado de pris\u00e3o definitiva expedido pela Vara de Jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o Plena da Comarca de Santa B\u00e1rbara, ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2nsito em julgado da condena\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o cumprimento da ordem judicial, o homem foi submetido aos exames legais de praxe e permanece custodiado, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio, at\u00e9 ser transferido para o sistema prisional, onde cumprir\u00e1 a pena.<\/p>\n
