A TV Globo precisou adaptar alguns cap\u00edtulos da novela \u2018Quem Ama Cuida\u2019, de Walcyr Carrasco, ap\u00f3s uma notifica\u00e7\u00e3o extrajudicial da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Advogados de S\u00e3o Paulo (Aasp) \u00e0 emissora. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o da coluna Outro Canal, da Folha de S.Paulo.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a publica\u00e7\u00e3o, a associa\u00e7\u00e3o contestou a exibi\u00e7\u00e3o de sua marca em uma sequ\u00eancia de ass\u00e9dio sexual, cena que envolve Adriana (Let\u00edcia Colin), Ademir (Dan Stulbach) e Suely (Julia Stockler).<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Aasp, na cena em que ocorre o crime, placas com a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da Aasp aparecem no cen\u00e1rio ao fundo.<\/p>\n

A associa\u00e7\u00e3o afirmou na notifica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o ter autorizado o uso de sua imagem na sequ\u00eancia e questionou a rela\u00e7\u00e3o da Aasp com a cena.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s a reclama\u00e7\u00e3o formal, a Globo substituiu o cap\u00edtulo de \u2018Quem Ama Cuida\u2019 no servi\u00e7o de streaming Globoplay pela vers\u00e3o reeditada, al\u00e9m de ter retirado de circula\u00e7\u00e3o chamadas comerciais e materiais promocionais com a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o visual da associa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Os cap\u00edtulos seguintes, focados na den\u00fancia formal de Suely contra Ademir, ser\u00e3o transmitidos sem refer\u00eancias a marcas ou institui\u00e7\u00f5es reais nos cen\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n
