Policiais civis de Ubaitaba prenderam nesta quarta-feira (29) um homem de 35 anos investigado por tentar matar a ex-companheira de 29 anos, com quem manteve um relacionamento abusivo por cerca de 9 anos e tem um filho com o Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA).<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, a v\u00edtima foi exposta a diversos tipos de agress\u00f5es f\u00edsicas, como socos, queimaduras, esganadura, al\u00e9m de amea\u00e7as de morte, e agress\u00f5es patrimoniais.<\/p>\n

O autor das agress\u00f5es dever\u00e1 responder por tentativa de feminic\u00eddio e les\u00e3o corporal no contexto de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica. A Justi\u00e7a determinou ainda o afastamento do agressor da resid\u00eancia e o retorno da ex-companheira e o filho do ex-casal para o im\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n

Ainda conforme as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o suspeito tinha antecedentes criminais no estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, por roubo majorado com emprego de arma de fogo.<\/p>\n
