O Tribunal do J\u00fari da Comarca de Ipir\u00e1 condenou um homem a 53 anos e dois meses de pris\u00e3o pelo homic\u00eddio qualificado de Adailton Santana do Amor Divino e pelas tentativas de homic\u00eddio de outros dois homens. A senten\u00e7a foi proferida na quinta-feira (30), ap\u00f3s acusa\u00e7\u00e3o sustentada pelo promotor de Justi\u00e7a Audo Rodrigues, do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado da Bahia (MPBA).<\/p>\n

Os crimes ocorreram em maio de 2014, durante uma confraterniza\u00e7\u00e3o em via p\u00fablica no munic\u00edpio de Baixa Grande. Na ocasi\u00e3o, o acusado e um comparsa aproximaram-se das v\u00edtimas a bordo de uma motocicleta e efetuaram diversos disparos de arma de fogo.<\/p>\n

De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es do MPBA, o alvo principal da a\u00e7\u00e3o era um dos sobreviventes, motivado por desaven\u00e7as anteriores com o r\u00e9u. No entanto, os tiros tamb\u00e9m atingiram o outro homem, que ficou ferido, e Adailton Santana do Amor Divino, que n\u00e3o resistiu aos ferimentos e morreu no local.<\/p>\n

O homem foi condenado por homic\u00eddio qualificado e duas tentativas de homic\u00eddio qualificadas. A pena dever\u00e1 ser cumprida em regime inicial fechado.<\/p>\n
