Um homem de 34 anos, investigado pela pr\u00e1tica de roubo majorado, cometido em 2013 no munic\u00edpio de Banza\u00ea, foi preso na sexta-feira (31) em Primavera do Leste, que fica no estado de Mato Grosso. <\/p>\n

O mandando de pris\u00e3o foi cumprido pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, com o apoio da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Mato Grosso.<\/p>\n

Segundo a PC, a condena\u00e7\u00e3o transitada em julgada determina a pena de oito anos e dez meses, em regime fechado. <\/p>\n

O mandado foi expedido pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio, ap\u00f3s as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es revelarem que tr\u00eas homens roubaram um ve\u00edculo, celulares e pertences pessoais do motorista, que foi sequestrado e libertado logo em seguida. O crime contou com o uso de arma de fogo.<\/p>\n

Outro homem envolvido no caso, de 32 anos, com mandado em aberto pelo mesmo crime, foi preso em Carinhanha, na quinta-feira (30). Ele tamb\u00e9m foi condenado a oito anos e dez meses de pris\u00e3o, em regime fechado.<\/p>\n

O homem localizado em Mato Grosso passa por procedimentos legais e aguarda a transfer\u00eancia para a Bahia, onde vai cumprir a senten\u00e7a determinada pela Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
