O texto aumenta a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o\u00a0pagamento do frete e combate o com\u00e9rcio ilegal de mercadorias.<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1698833&amp;o=node\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1698833&amp;o=node\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lei obriga a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do C\u00f3digo Identificador da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o de Transporte (CIOT) antes de o caminh\u00e3o iniciar a viagem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O CIOT garantir\u00e1, segundo a Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (ANTT), que todas contrata\u00e7\u00f5es de frete pagar\u00e3o o piso m\u00ednimo. Caso contr\u00e1rio, o c\u00f3digo n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 emitido e fretes irregulares ser\u00e3o bloqueados ainda na fase de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O c\u00f3digo est\u00e1 vinculado ao Manifesto Eletr\u00f4nico de Documentos Fiscais.\u00a0<strong>De acordo com a ANTT, a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do cumprimento das novas regras ser\u00e1 autom\u00e1tica e em larga escala<\/strong>.
