Um homem de 53 anos, condenado por estuprar a pr\u00f3pria filha de 12 anos, em Serrinha<\/a>, foi preso na quarta-feira (5), em Minas Gerais. De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Civil, ele estava foragido do sistema prisional desde 2025.<\/p>\n

O acusado foi condenado h\u00e1 mais 20 anos de reclus\u00e3o, inicialmente fechado. O crime foi praticado contra a adolescente em 2024, e ap\u00f3s o caso ser denunciado, ele amea\u00e7ou a ex-companheira, de 33 anos, e a v\u00edtima, a atribu\u00edrem a outra pessoa a autoria do estupro.<\/p>\n

O homem foi preso em flagrante e levado para o pres\u00eddio. Por\u00e9m, ap\u00f3s a fuga, voltou a perseguir as v\u00edtimas, por meio de liga\u00e7\u00f5es e mensagens nas redes sociais, mesmo ap\u00f3s a imposi\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas protetivas.<\/p>\n

Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, as for\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a conseguiram localizar o foragido na cidade de Fronteira, em Minas Gerais. Ele foi encaminhado a uma delegacia, para depois ser transferido para a Bahia.<\/p>\n
