Um homem, de 48 anos, foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/a>, nesta sexta-feira (7), no centro da cidade de Teofil\u00e2ndia, em cumprimento a um mandado de pris\u00e3o definitiva pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel. <\/p>\n

O estupro ocorreu em 2017 e teve como v\u00edtima uma crian\u00e7a de 8 anos. A ordem judicial foi expedida pela Vara de Jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o Plena do munic\u00edpio em setembro de 2025, ap\u00f3s condena\u00e7\u00e3o transitada em julgado, e cumprida pela equipe da Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Teofil\u00e2ndia).<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o cumprimento do mandado, o homem foi conduzido \u00e0 unidade policial, onde passou pelos procedimentos legais cab\u00edveis, incluindo expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de guias para exame de les\u00e3o corporal e a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio. <\/p>\n

Posteriormente, ser\u00e1 encaminhado ao sistema prisional para o cumprimento da pena de 12 anos de pris\u00e3o, em regime inicial fechado.<\/p>\n
