Um homem de 49 anos foi preso nesta sexta-feira (7), em Santaluz<\/a>, na Regi\u00e3o Sisaleira da Bahia, sob a suspeita de ter matado Ant\u00f4nio Guimar Junqueira do Nascimento, de 47 anos, e logo em seguida se apropriar dos bens dele.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/a>, o crime ocorreu em dezembro 2023, em Santaluz, quando foi registrado o desaparecimento da v\u00edtima. Logo ap\u00f3s o desaparecimento, o investigado se apropriou da casa e outros itens de Ant\u00f4nio, alegando que havia comprado os pertences.<\/p>\n

Durante as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es do caso, a pol\u00edcia encontrou uma ossada humana, e ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise pericial, comprovou que esta pertencia a Ant\u00f4nio. Em meio as apura\u00e7\u00f5es, o investigado chegou a ser preso em 2024, mas depois passou a responder o processo em liberdade.<\/p>\n

Com o avan\u00e7o das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a Justi\u00e7a expediu um novo mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra ele, que foi cumprido nesta sexta por equipes Delegacia Territorial de Santaluz.<\/p>\n

O suspeito permanece custodiado e aguarda uma nova decis\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
